Ordering

Browse our collections, select your items, and proceed to checkout. You can pay with all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

We process orders quickly, so changes are only possible within 1 hour of placing your order. Contact us at support@newerasite.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days. Expedited shipping (1–3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

We ship via Purolator.

Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Products

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Materials vary by product. You can find detailed fabric and material information on each product page under the “Details” tab.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted with SSL and processed through Shopify’s PCI-compliant payment infrastructure. We never store your card details.
